We had never used a meet & greet parking services before so didn’t really know what to expect. We were pleasantly surprised at how efficient and time-saving it was. The chauffeur was dressed in suit pants and shirt which I didn’t expect and made it feel a bit more special. We were away for a month so I was a bit worried about leaving the car with someone random for that long but it came back fully cleaned as I had requested and with no damage. This really was a first class service and has made me want to book meet & greet with this company every time I go away. Thank you Platinum Valet team!

This is the second time I have used this company now for Birmingham airport parking. It was easy to drop off and pick up the car and I wasn’t waiting around like I have experienced with other companies. The staff were dressed really professionally and looked the part. All in all a great experience.

Before booking we were hesitant as we have heard stories about some of the operations that are our there for meet & greet. However, our car came back in perfect condition and they even included an upgrade to get it washed. We will definitely be booking to use them again.

We used this company for a family holiday when we had 4 cars to check in. I thought this might get messy but it was a really smooth process and the instructions were easy to follow. Someone was waiting for us as soon as we arrived and quickly dealt with the paperwork and handing over of the keys. When we got back, there were hardly any extra miles on the clock and the no damage to any cars. We would definitely use them again.
