Motor trade insurance will cover our legal liabilities when we are the provider of a service.
Vehicles and/or mobile items are left in our possession at the owner’s risk. Furthermore, we advise that all valuables are removed from vehicles prior to handover. The Company is not liable for the loss or damage of any items inside customer vehicles.
Damage claims can only be made to one of our representatives upon collection of your vehicle. Furthermore, written notice of such claim must be given to you by one of our representatives upon collection of your vehicle for it to be valid.
We will not accept any liability for structural, mechanical, and electrical failure of any part of your vehicle such as glass chips, clutches, windscreens, tyres and alloys. This list is not exhaustive.

We advise that solely the vehicle key should be handed over when your car is collected as we will accept no liability for house keys, alarm fobs, or other items left on the key ring. We reserve the right to charge for our time in the scenario that a vehicle is not starting.
We will accept no liability for punctures whilst a vehicle is in our possession. We reserve the right to charge for either a tyre change or to inflate a tyre in the scenario that a vehicle obtains a puncture whilst in our custody, (including slow punctures).
We reserve the right to charge for our time in trying to start a vehicle in the scenario where the vehicle’s battery is flat. We will accept no liability for issues arising as a direct consequence of having to jump-start a vehicle.
It is advised that customers either keep a spare key to hand or leave one with the company.
Please note that the level of security may fluctuate between our various car parks (within a radius of 15-miles from our main site). During periods of heavy business, vehicles may be stationed at a site other than our main site.
In the scenario that a vehicle needs to be repaired due to employee negligence, the repairs must be carried out by one of our approved repair companies. We will pay the costs of the repair in full, though it will be the customer’s responsibility to take the car to and from the garage at their own cost. If doing so restores a vehicle to the condition in which it was collected by our employees, we reserve the right to personally carry out any repairs to your vehicle on your behalf.
In certain scenarios, dash cams may be disactivated as our employees do not consent to being recorded.
If a customer should park their vehicle personally at any third party car park or other parking area, they should do so at their own risk.
Customer insurance policies should cover any loss or damages. Whilst a vehicle is in our possession, there will be no cover for fires, floods, theft, spiteful vandalism, or any other interceding events of nature. This also includes indirect and direct losses caused by the aforementioned forms of vehicle damage such as those on earnings or missed flights etc. This list is not exhaustive.
Where proven to be caused by the negligence of employees, we will pay up to £20,000 for loss of or damage to a vehicle.

In the event of any paintwork discolouration or dents/scratches becoming visible after washing a vehicle or due to rainfall, we will accept no liability for such damages.
We cannot service vehicles that fall above the height restrictions of our operating areas.
Unless proven to be caused by the negligence of employees, we will accept no liability for the interior condition of a vehicle as it is not always possible to accurately monitor this.
